Who we are and who we are not
Metro Capital NYC is a Financial Hub Spot company. It advises and prepares business owners for financing. It is not a lender and is not a bank. Other companies in the Financial Hub Spot family are separate legal entities.
Commercial financing disclosures
Where New York’s commercial finance disclosure requirements apply to our activities, we provide the required written disclosures before an engagement is completed. Cost of financing, including APR where required, is shown by the lender.
Fees and compensation
Our fees are disclosed in writing and signed before any work or fee begins. If any lender, partner or referral source pays us, we disclose it to you in writing, and it does not determine which lender we recommend.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee approval, amount, rate, term or timing. Past results do not predict future results. Product descriptions on this site are general and may not apply to every lender or program.
Credit reports and fair lending
We obtain consumer credit information only with your written authorization and for a permissible purpose. We support equal access to credit and do not discriminate on any basis prohibited by law. Any demographic information is voluntary and kept separate from credit analysis.
Mock credit committee
Our mock credit committee is an internal preparation exercise that imitates lender questions. It is not a lender decision and does not predict one.
