Metro Capital NYC provides advisory and loan-preparation services. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, hold your funds or guarantee approval, rates or terms. Those are decided only by lenders.
Engagement and fees
Services are provided under a separate written agreement. We do not charge fees until you have received and signed the agreement and a written fee disclosure. Fees are disclosed before work begins. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Submitting false or altered documents is unlawful and will end our engagement. You are responsible for decisions about which financing to accept.
No advice or guarantee
